Launch of RF chips for 5G applications

To meet the growing demand for 5G micro-base station coverage, Raytheon recently introduced RF chips LXK6761 and LXK6762 for 5G applications.where the LXK6761 is used at frequencies from 2515MHz to 2675MHz and the LXK6762 is 3300MHz to 3600MHz. Both chips are integrated with PA, LNA, SW and DSA, with output power of 22.5dBm@-47dBc ACPR, and the NF of the receiving link is 1.5dB. 

These two highly integrated chips greatly simplify the design of 5G micro-base stations and provide system integrators with a simple and convenient RF link solution.
